Since 2016, Sam has founded and operated Pursuant Capital, a holding company focused on acquiring small businesses with a “forever” holding period.

Sam is a corporate lawyer with vast experience advising small businesses during periods of growth and transition, including formation, debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, operational improvements, and liquidity events.

Kevin is an experienced corporate lawyer with over a decade of M&A, venture capital, and capital markets experience.

Having worked for elite law firms such as Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP and Cooley LLP, Kevin has been involved in high-stakes transactions for clients such as AT&T, Halliburton, JPMorgan, Toyota Racing, and TPG.

From 2019 to 2022, Kevin was in-house senior corporate counsel for securities and M&A for Flowserve Corp, a NYSE-listed Fortune 1000 manufacturer, while also running K. Henderson Law PLLC, a part-time solo corporate practice focused on SMB and lower middle market clients.

Over his career, Kevin has advised on over $50 billion of M&A and capital markets transactions.

In addition to legal advisory, Kevin is the co-founder of The SMB Center, co-host of the Mundane Millionaires Podcast, a venture capital LP, and an investor in select small businesses through Nine20 Capital.

Chandler is CEO of Get Green NOI. He began his real estate career with Camden Property Trust, one of the nation’s largest multifamily Real Estate Investment Trusts. He then worked for a private multifamily real estate investment firm where he met Get Green NOI Partner Bert de Alejo.

Most recently, Chandler worked for a full-service commercial real estate development firm undertaking one of the largest urban neighborhood developments in the country.

He graduated from The University of Florida, obtaining a B.S. in Finance and an M.S. in Real Estate, a program ranked number one amongst public universities. He currently lives in his hometown of Tampa, FL.

David serves as Chief of Staff at SMB Law Group and is one of three Co-Founders involved in development of the forthcoming SMB Center, an innovative platform to help “normal” people buy a business.

Prior to joining SMB, David worked on over $700 million in transactions at RHP Properties, a large private equity firm specializing in manufactured housing.
